Refund policy

Entry fees for Kidsworx Rotorua are fully refundable (minus service fees) for any reason up until September 30th at 11:59pm. Refund requests must be received in writing to rotoruakidsworx@gmail.com. After this time, event organizers will consider case by case proportionate refund requests. All entries are fully non-refundable or transferable after the registration deadline of October 27th, 11:59pm. Competitors who need to withdraw after the registration deadline should email rotoruakidsworx@gmail.com to confirm their withdrawal.
