If you are new to astrology but oh so interested to learn more, this is the place to start. Sousa is one of New Zealand's highly respected astrologers and a graduate of Kepler College of Astrological Arts & Sciences in the USA. She is a passionate and insightful interpreter of the signs and seasons of the sky. This one-day event explores the fundamentals of natal chart interpretation in a relaxed and fun learning environment. Bring your chart and the charts of loved ones, and buckle in for the ride.

What happens next?

You will leave the workshop knowing how to read the basic layout of a birth chart and make beginner interpretations.
You're ready to begin independent and guided studies in astrology.
You can join the Astrology Cafe sessions to learn more in a fun and relaxed environment.

What to bring:

You will need to obtain a copy of your birth chart before attending the workshop.
If you do not have a copy, please email theplanetmechanic@gmail.com with your birth date, birth town/city/country, and a really accurate birth time.
- Where to get your birth time:
  - A baby book with memorabilia.
  - Parents memory (less reliable).
  - Plunket Book (NZ).
  - Birth certificates in some countries and states, but not NZ.
  - Medical records from your birth. You can formally request a copy of these and the birth time will recorded. If you were born in hospital and the hospital is still there, there is a very good chance of finding the record. Ask to talk to patient records and follow their lead. You are not required to disclose the purpose of requesting your medical records.
