CURIOUS ABOUT CRAYFISH: native freshwater crayfish
Are you curious about crayfish? Do you want to support your local, native crayfish species by protecting and creating suitable crayfish habitat on your property?
Then come along and learn about native freshwater crayfish with expert Dr Susan Lawlor. Learn their habits, role in the ecosystem & how you can protect and encourage them on your property. Places are limited so book your ticket today!

- Morning tea will be provided
- Physical Fitness level required: MEDIUM ( Negotiate a steep incline down to the creek, standing/walking for periods of 1 hour or more required)
WHAT TO BRING
- Wear sturdy, enclosed shoes, bring warm clothing, sun protection, and a raincoat or umbrella in case of showers
- Bring a chair to sit on for the 30 min talk
- If you are unwell on the day please remain at home in consideration of the health of others
While we are able to cater for gluten-free and vegetarian options at our events it is difficult to cater for every dietary requirement due to our limited funding. If you have dietary requirements outside of these two options please bring your own food and drink.
