San Antonio native Donna Carlson returns to the Alamo City to talk about her new book designed to normalize the conversation around mental resilience for executive women. This is a multigenerational event -- bring your sister, daughter, niece, best friend, or co-worker. Carlson will talk about the monkeys that inspired her to write this book and share the NeuroRx -- her personal formula for cognitive resonance, maximum energy, and internal happiness.
