Ikigai: Create a Framed Ikigai Mandala to Hang

This session is suitable for adults only.

Join Sarah from Kintsugi Art Therapy on an insightful morning exploring your Ikigai, which translates to 'reason for waking up in the morning’. The session will include a gentle meditation and creating an Ikigai mandala to frame and take home as a reminder of your life’s joys.

All materials supplied, including frame.

Extreme and Catastrophic Fire Danger Ratings

When an 'Extreme 75+' or Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating is declared for the Mt Lofty Ranges, the Adelaide Hills Council Community Centre's will be closed, and all classes and programs will be cancelled without notice. Any monies paid will either be reimbursed or the course will be rescheduled for a later date.
