What’s Included:

Yoga Session: Awaken your body and mind with a thoughtfully designed yoga flow, incorporating elements of Vinyasa to create a seamless, intuitive movement experience. As you move, tune into your breath, listen to your body, and cultivate a deep sense of connection between movement and mindfulness.
Mindfulness & Intention-Setting: Take time to reflect on what you want to create & experience this year, set meaningful goals, and engage in practices to deepen your connection with your most authentic self. This activity will help you see new possibilities with clarity and intention.
Creative Expression: Unleash your inner artist with a guided session, designed to help you explore and express your creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll leave with your very own Tote Bag creation, a reflection of your current state of mind, spiritual connection, or personal journey—something that deeply resonates with you and enhances your self-awareness as a visual masterpiece, allowing you to carry your inner essence with you as a reminder whenever you need it.
Personalised Essential Oils Experience: Craft your own personalised essential oil roller and mist spray, designed to align with your unique energy and needs. The experience is set to add an extra layer of sensory exploration and self-care.
Meals & Refreshments: Enjoy a nourishing meals throughout the retreat - breakfast platter, delicious lunch, a light afternoon snack, dinner on Day 2 and some refreshments, all included in your retreat price (No alcohol included in price). Please be sure to let us know any dietary requirements and select your preferred lunch ahead of time. (Dinner/Lunch options will be communicated to you closer to the retreat date). Please note, dinner on night one is not included in the retreat price. You’re welcome to purchase a meal from ‘Eat Troppo’ cafe or indulge in the camping experience and whip something up yourself. There's a shared kitchen available with tables, chairs, microwave and fridge.
Opening & Closing Ceremony: We will begin and end your retreat experience with a meaningful ceremony designed to ground everyone into the moment, open connections, and create space for personal transformation in body, mind & soul. This is a time to be present with yourself, & remember how to use your five senses in a new way.
Accommodation: Camping - The retreat includes 2 nights of accommodation on a non-powered site. The Tumbling Waters Holiday Park also has powered sites available and if you wish to upgrade your accommodation, please let us know and you will be sent an additional charge for this. If you wish to stay any additional nights also let us know or contact Tumbling Waters to add (make sure to mention retreat though for reduced rate - wink). Don't want to camp, come out first thing Sat morning! But, if camping: Don’t forget your camping gear—tent, swag, sleeping bag, and anything else you need for a cozy night under the stars.

Meals/Refreshments: Enjoy delicious, freshly prepared meals and refreshments from ‘Eat Troppo at Tumbling Waters’; you will receive breakfast, lunch, and afternoon delights and dinner to satisfy your taste buds. (Please refer to ‘what’s included’ for additional details).

Outdoor Cinema - Tumbling Waters Holiday Park offers a FREE movie on most evenings that you can enjoy after the retreat. Showing everything from the latest blockbusters to iconic favorites and children’s movies. Please check their website for movie details closer to the date.
Saltwater Pool - The Park has a blue saltwater pool which is surrounded by lush palms and a sense of tranquility to enjoy after the retreat.
Fishing - Situated on the banks of the lovely Blackmore River, Tumbling Waters is the ideal spot for enthusiastic anglers with river fishing within the park an easy option.
Nature Walks - The park has 5km trails along the river and billabong to explore. Home to an abundance of native animals and birds with over 100 varieties recorded within the park so grab a hat & sunscreen, camera and/or fishing gear and soak up the surrounding area whilst there.
Croc Feeding - There are 5 crocodiles living at the park which they do a croc feeding at 5pm on Saturday's for anyone wishing to watch this.
Retreat Space - Whilst there is an air conditioned area we will use, the main retreat area will be outside and many of our activities will be outside, so please keep this in mind when working out what to bring.
Animal Encounters - Thanks to the Territory Wildlife Park, you can get up close and personal with an interactive wildlife experience from 9am on Sunday mornings at the restaurant deck.
Licensed Restaurant & Bar - Eat Troppo Cafe and COCKTAIL BAR (opens at 5pm). No alcohol included in price.

What to bring:

A refillable water bottle
Comfortable clothing for different activities (yoga, swimming, relaxation, swimming, short walks (up to 5km, closed shoes and thongs/crocs recommended).
Insect repellant, sunscreen, toiletries
hat, sunnies and long sleeves
Good energy and a willingness to unplug from the everyday
Any books to read, games, angel cards, crystals or anything that makes you feel good that you could do in your free time.
Any snacks or specific food you might like in between meals and snacks already included in the retreat. There is a communal kitchen you can use if needed.
BYO alcohol (only for when in camp grounds area and not for during retreat activities, or in the cafe/restaurant area). There is a licensed bar and cocktail bar at Eat Troppo Cafe/Restaurant.
Swimmers if you want to cool off after the retreat in the park's saltwater pool which you are welcome to use.
Camping gear - Two nights included in retreat experience with a non-powered camp site but if you wish to add extra nights or upgrade to a powered site, please let us know. Bring a tent, swag, sleeping bag, and anything else you need for camping and a cosy night under the stars.

Please note: Two nights, non-powered camp site is included in the price. Weather will generally be warm/hot through the day and possibly cool at night.

We’ll provide all materials for the activities we facilitate throughout the retreat (journals, pens, and yoga mats, painting materials, etc) so just bring yourself and be ready to immerse in the experience!
