CREATE is a 2 day workshop combining art, writing and movement to bring your vision to life (whatever that is). 

Connect to your inner knowing, your desires for your life, and the creative force that will help you bring them into reality.

CREATE uses the transformational power of Biodanza, communal art processes and creative writing. 

Meet your facilitators: 

• Heleen creates alchemical experiences using Biodanza, yoga and transpersonal art therapy, delivered with her signature warmth and creativity.
• Nicole is a Biodanza facilitator, social worker and poetry coach who believes in making creative expression accessible to anyone.
