Set in the Sunshine Coast hinterland this is a 4 hour immersion blending Cacao, Active Meditation, Sound and Breath to journey into yourself

Adam has walked a path of creativity and self inquiry for over 25 years. Combining his love of music and meditation, he weaves this with a deep respect and reverence for the sacred and all that is natural to create a peaceful and healing space for you to go deeper.

Inviting you to explore movement and mindfulness through active meditation,

Adam deliciously blends his melodies with the heart medicine of Mama Cacao.

He embraces the philosophy that the 'deeper we go, the deeper we know' and looks forward to welcoming and sharing space with you.

Following Adams offerings we will then be awakened, open and ready to dive in and take you on a deep and transformational Breathwork experience

This event is suitable for any experience level, below is some information to read that will allow us to fully support you in this safe space

PLEASE READ:

Refrain from caffeine for the day

Eat lightly 1-2 hours before the event(always listen to your body and what feels right for you)

Stay hydrated throughout the day, cacao and breathwork are a beautiful detox, opening and clearing for the body

What to bring:

Yoga mat

Blanket

Pillow

Anything else that will make you comfortable

Journal/Pen (insights can be profound after this work)

Water bottle

We will have small snacks provided, you’re welcome to bring something extra to share if you feel

When you are driving down Allandale Road just before where Google Maps says it is, on a bend you will see the number 187 on quite a big sign on your LEFT. It is very important that you do not drive down any other driveway, please contact us if you need to.
