Hey! I’m Jacinda Crothers Expansion Coach & Mindfulness Mentor,

I help ambitious women like you create mindful, authentic lives doing what they LOVE through creativity, joy and purpose.

I am not your standard wellness woman, no beige aesthetic or veganism here.

Just a deep desire for helping you live your biggest, boldest, most beautiful life!

My work is an extensive accumulation of global experiences from over a decade in clinical healthcare, corporate leadership, training, sales & marketing, mindfulness training and entrepreneurship. Fusing creativity, spirituality and business with love, and a deep acceptance for who we really are.

Life is too short to be boring, so let's go!!!
