Join us for a deeply nourishing experience designed to bring you back to center. Create Your Calm is a soft, grounding journey through slow flow, gentle yoga and Sound Healing, held in harmony with the energy of the moon.

In yogic philosophy, the moon represents the mind—it is the gateway to stillness and the first key stage of Hatha Yoga. A moon-centered practice helps calm, stabilize, and soothe the fluctuations of thought and emotion.

Through gentle, mindful movement, we’ll cultivate a downward-moving energy—anchoring you into the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space for clarity and deep self-connection.

This space is more than a pause; it’s a pathway. A way to explore how peace can gently ripple into our everyday lives.

We’ll then settle into a deeply restorative Sound Healing session, soothing your system and allowing your whole being to soften, receive, and remember the quiet wisdom within.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected with your inner calm.

No prior experience needed—this session is open to all levels. Just come as you are. This is a space to land, to feel, to let go, and to simply be.
