Day 1 is all about creating your Exceptional Longevity. We focus on -

Your Movement. Yes, movement is more important than nutrition for longevity. You’ll create what YOUR exceptional movement looks like - and how to transform movement from a chore to a choice.
Your Social Life. You become who you hang around ... so WHO are you hanging around? Idenfity your personality style, how to attract your perfect peer group, and the life design tips to make socialsing energising and enriching.
Your Nutrition. To eat is a necessity; to eat intelligently is an art. You’ll learn not just WHAT to eat, but HOW to eat, WHO to eat with, WHEN to eat and WHY to eat. Perhaps the most surprising element of the weekend.

WHAT TIME DOES CREATE YOUR EXCEPTIONAL LIFE BEGIN?

Create Your Exceptional Life is a 2-day event that begins at 9am each day and concludes at no later than 6pm on both Saturday February 17 & 18. Each day has three breaks – morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (food not provided unless your a VIP).

WILL MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS BE LOOKED AFTER?

Absolutely. Whilst food is not provided over the weekend you will be provided with a complete list of healthy and flexible eateries. We will go out for dinner together on Saturday night (Gold Class & VIP) to a wonderful restaurant that caters to all dietary requirements.

I WILL FLY IN FROM INTERSTATE - WHAT FLIGHTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It's wise to arrive in to Byron Bay on Friday. Flying in to Coolongatta or Ballina (both approx 45 minute drives) will give you the most options. You could also fly in to Brisbane (1h 40 drive). Flying out on Sunday February 18 no earlier than 8pm is recommended (unless you wish to extend your stay).

WHERE IS THE EVENT HELD?

The venue for the event is the Byron Community Centre, located at 69 Jonson Street in Byron Bay. Jonson Street is the main road of Byron Bay, where you'll find all the cafes, restaurants, retail outlets and the beautiful Main Beach and lighthouse walk at your fingertips

CAN I BRING MY PARTNER OR TEENAGE CHILDREN ALONG?

Absolutely! Children 16 years of age and older are encouraged to attend. This is a great event to bring your partner along to if you are determined to work on creating your exceptional life as a team. Or if you are looking to bring the Exceptional Life Blueprint philosophy into the workplace, this weekend is an ideal event to bring colleagues along to.

On Saturday we deep dive into Life Purpose, Movement, Social Life & Nutrition. On Sunday we dig into Love & Relationships, Growth, Wealth & Spirit.
There's also a focus on Exceptional Productivity, so that you know exactly HOW to implement your 8 blueprints once you leave the event.
