Create Your Own Apple Filling
Tuesday, September 30th | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required
In this class, students will learn general safe canning practices along with making a tested safe apple pie filling recipe using local apples.
Anna Cash is a Master Food Preserver and community advocate for sustainable food systems. She teaches beginning preserving workshops and, in the summer, guides a gleaning program to rescue fruit in Weber County.
