- We will get clear on the area of focus you want for 2021.

- Set goals you want to make happen

- Create a route map

- Factor in a goal for self care (we all need this, even if you don't know what that is right now)

- Identify any barriers or blocks and how to overcome these (the next workshop will go further into limiting beliefs)

- We meet on Zoom, we will look at your life into different areas.

- Choose our focus.

- Create a goal.

- Create a route map/passage plan to get there, to make it happen!

- Create a self-care goal for yourself to make sure you look after yourself this year

- Give you the option to sign up to the accountability pod to make your goals come to life.

*If you have done the 'Draw your Future' workshop, you will be a small step ahead, so bring this along. If you haven't that is fine too.

What is the accountability pod?

- A group of awesome and aspiring people who are keen to achieve their goals, and who will support you along your journey.

Accountability is important because it keeps you focused and on track to working towards your goals. It helps keep you moving forward despite setbacks where you may find you struggle.

- Will be a private group where you can share your concerns and struggles and I interact with you and help you to get to your goals.

- It's for people who are looking for group support.

- For people who want support, but can't quite invest in 1:1 coaching.

- Monthly coaching calls.

- Materials and tools to keep you focused and on track.

- Small groups to have a great support network.

- All age range and backgrounds are welcomed as you will be all working towards your own goals.

- As the pod grows, if applicable we may make the groups smaller or more targeted if there are common similarities people are working towards.

Anna loves helping Super Yacht crew to 'find their inner compass and design their ideal lives after yachting as well as creating a plan to get there'. However, she found that many others were struggling with similar problems of not knowing where to go or what to do, and feeling a bit stuck.

Now she helps people from all different backgrounds who are going through career and life transitions. Anna is an AC Accredited Coach with a Transition Coaching background.

She spent8 years in the Super Yacht industry herself, working on deck and prior to that spent 7 years in the television industry, so has been through a few transitions herself worked and lived alongside people who were really struggling with not knowing.

She loves travel, kitesurfing and snowboarding, amazing foods, helping people and cleaning up the world - one piece of litter at a time.
