Why Vision boards?

Vision boards may sound like a buzzword these days, but whether we call them Vision, Dream or Action Boards, they’re a powerful tool that goes as far back far Egyptians times!

We’re not just aiming for the “stuff”.

Even just putting pictures on a page works (I know from experience!), but in this workshop we’ll go deeper. I’ll guide you to create a vision board that becomes a roadmap to manifest your dreams and desires in all areas of your life.

A vision board helps you understand yourself, organise your life, channel your energy, and take aligned action. To master them, the focus is not in the outcome (the collage), but in the process. And that’s what we’re going to cover.

How it works

Because there’s a lot to cover to make it really effective, I’ve divided this into two parts:

Part 1 (this workshop): theory and fundamentals.
Part 2 (optional): where you get to create the actual collage. You can do it at home, or join a follow-up group session if you’d like more guidance (date TBC)

This workshop is the Introduction to Vision Boards (Part 1). I'm making available several dates (see below). The content is the same, so just pick the time that works best for you.

Part 1: Introduction to Vision Boards - Intention & Energy

What vision boards really are, and how to use them as a tool for transformation
A simple coaching exercise to understand your starting point
The importance of setting intentions clearly and how to do it
How limiting beliefs keep you small (and suffering) and how to move past them
Understand how our beliefs and emotions work to shape our reality
The science behind manifestation: neuroscience, quantum physics, and the subconscious mind
Misconceptions about manifesting so you stop feeling like you’re doing it wrong
Practical steps to prepare so your board becomes a living, breathing tool
Q&A and Closing Circle

After this session, you’ll leave with clarity, the foundations, and defined next steps to start your board.

Continuing the journey

Part 2: Creating your new life - Vision
This second session is where we bring it all together. After setting the foundations in Part 1, Part 2 is the creative, hands-on process of building your board.

This part can be done at home, in your cosy environment, with your favourite music and drink, or you’ll have the option to join a follow-up session where we’ll dive into:

Creative visualisation to expand your possibilities
How to use emotions to our advantage (the key to manifesting)
Powerful exercises to reconnect with your unique talent and desires
Collage building (bring your magazines, images, stickers, scissors! Board will be provided)

By the end, you’ll walk away with a completed vision board and a deeper sense of alignment with what you truly want.

(Note: Additional guiding resources will be provided to help you complete your board at home if you choose not to attend Part 2 in person)

This workshop is usually priced at £45, but as one of my first pilot groups in Manchester, you’re invited to join at a special introductory rate of just £25.It’s my way of saying thank you for being part of the journey - your presence and feedback are invaluable.
