This workshop has been specially designed for you to have some time out to reflect on how you are, explore the path of your life and look forward to 2023.

This full day interactive workshop is not a vision boarding exercise but is for you if you:

Want to feel more connected and make your dreams a reality
Would love to live your best life
Are looking for some clarity
Would like to acknowledge your 2023 priorities

In a safe space you will be able to express yourself openly, connect with a community of like-minded people, use creativity and play to gain insight while prioritising your personal and professional development.

You will use creative tools to be curious, explore, express, gain insight, work through blocks to success and connect to your vision for 2023.

Your explorations will include:

Clarifying ambitions, purpose and meaning
Exploring what is really going on at the moment and discover where to from here?
Finding balance and getting in the flow of life, looking after yourself
Breaking though barriers, facing fear and doing it anyway
Gaining confidence and clarity to put things into action
Reflecting on who you are, your passions and what is important to you
Creating more connected relationships and finding fulfillment

Please note that there is no need to be good at art as this is not an art class with numbers strictly limited as it is important to have genuine connections and sense of community without getting lost in a huge room with lots of people.

This is strictly for people aged 16 and above.
