Event description

We would love you to join us in building community while learning the magical, ancient processes of transforming fleece into textile.

Come and walk on the land  to gather visual impressions for co-creating a felted mat that expresses our dreaming of The Revillaging Project.

The art of making felt by teasing, rubbing, rolling, beating and pressing animal hair into a compact mass of even consistency is assuredly older than the art of spinning and weaving.
Berthold Laufer – The Early History of Felt

Tuesday 17 January from 10.00 am – 1.00 pm
