ACS (Australian Computer Society) Gold Coast Chapter Event

This event aims to educate employers and employees about mental health challenges and the effects of workplace stress, while also offering resilience strategies for individuals and practical steps for fostering a mentally healthy work environment.

Pizza and soft drinks will be available at the event.

Session Highlights:

  • Recognising signs of poor mental health and employee fatigue
