    Event description

Have you always wanted to be creative but think it's for other people?

Do you want to be more mindful but ‘meditation’ is not for you?

Would you like a moment of quiet each week to just play?

JOIN OUR WEEKLY SUPPORTIVE CLASS AND LEARN THE ART OF ‘NEURO-DOODLING’

Creative, mindful doodling improves concentration, relieves stress, boosts creativity and aids memory.

It invites us to engage with freeform lines, encouraging us to relax as the line travels across the page.

Slow down and relax, whilst learning to develop mindful drawings into creative “Neuro-art”.

Based on neurographic drawing, developed by psychologist, artist, and architect, Dr. Pavel Piscarev.
