Creating Balance + Abundance - Crystals + Oils workshop

This workshop is designed to teach you to create balance and abundance in your life by working with the 7 primary chakras using crystals and essential oils -together.

Through a guided meditation and drumming session, you'll be invited to intuitively choose a set of 7 crystals and be given a set of 7 Chakra oil blends, custom made for this ritual using only the very best, beyond organic and ethical essential oils (Young Living brand). 

We will teach you this daily ritual practice by going through each of the seven chakras, one at a time, using the crystal and matching essential oil blends.

You will take home a 'Balance and Abundance' ritual bag to keep and use for the following 7 days, confirming your intentions set at the workshop, then whenever you feel drawn to. 

This workshop is co-facilitated by Arkellah Irving, Inspire Yoga and Coaching and Alison Smith, Russell Smiths Ayurvedic Clinic.

Alkaline filtered water, fresh herbal teas and healthy snacks will be provided.
