Join us this July school holidays as we celebrate the excitement of the world's biggest football tournament with a day of sport, teamwork, and community!
Led by youth, for youth, the Creating Chances School Holiday World Cup brings together young people from across Western Sydney for a day of football, sports, leadership, and fun.
This initiative is a proud part of our COMPACT Leadership Program, where junior coaches work alongside Creating Chances mentors to deliver a positive and inclusive sporting experience. The program is proudly supported by the NSW Government's Multicultural NSW COMPACT Program, in partnership with Western Sydney MRC and Ultimate Soccer Centre.
What’s Happening?
A 5-a-side Fair Play Tournament focused on skill, respect, and teamwork
Separate boys and girls programs
Boys: Football Tournament
Girls: Sport Festival with Multi Sports and team challenges
Prizes for winning teams
Lunch provided for all participants
Teams of 6-10 players (minimum 6, maximum 10 per team)
Who Can Join?
This event is open to young people aged 12-17 (U18), boys and girls, of all skill levels and abilities.
You can register individually, but indicate whether you already have a team or not.
No team? No problem! We’ll place you into a team on the day.
When registering, participants can nominate a country they would like to represent on the day (noting your preferred country is not guaranteed but we will try out best!
Whether you’re experienced or just keen to get involved, this day is designed so everyone can participate, stay active, and enjoy sport in a safe and supportive environment.

Tournament Rules
To ensure a great experience for everyone, all participants must agree to:
Play fair and show respect to all players.
Listen to the youth coaches and referees.
Prioritise safety: No rough or dangerous play.
Respect the space: Take care of equipment and stay in designated areas.
Be a team player: Support others and have fun!

- Where exactly is the venue located?
The event is held at Ultimate Soccer Centre, which is situated within the grounds of Fairfield High School at 405 The Horsley Drive, Fairfield NSW 2165
- Is there parking available if I want to stay?
Yes! There is free on-site parking located directly adjacent to the soccer pitches. Parents are welcome to park and walk their teens to the check-in desk inside the Clubhouse.
- What is the pick-up and check-out process?
Check-out: For safety, all participants must be checked out by a parent/guardian at the Clubhouse desk. Exceptions: Teens may only leave on their own if you have provided written "Self-Departure" permission during registration. Timing: Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled finish time to help us manage traffic flow in the school driveway.
