About 'Creating Clarity"...

I have been on a self development journey and a lover of all things personal development for quite some time now, especially the practice/ritual of intention setting each month. I know that at first journaling, self reflection, intention setting and personal development in general can be daunting or even a little overwhelming. If you were anything like me you might be thinking...

"Where do I start?", "How do I do this?", "What do I even write about?"

Don't worry I see you, I feel you, I've been there and I wholeheartedly understand.

I've got you and I'm here to save the overwhelm with the formula and ritual that I've created making the whole journey and experience not only enjoyable but also transformative. I can't wait to share the teachings I've used to help guide you in this journey!

Creating Clarity truly is the manifestation of my desire to help those on their personal development journey.

I personally believe that clarity, presence, ease and flow pave the way for a life full of joy and balance. So I hope that through this intention setting journey I can guide you to becoming the best version of yourself.

The Journey:

- Drop in guided meditation/breath work and gentle slow flow yoga class led by Chantelle.

- Guided Journaling/intention setting session with the monthly theme: 'ALIGNMENT'. Learn the energetics behind intention setting and create holistic monthly intentions.

- Learn and practice the power of affirmations, purposefully design affirmations in alignment to your intentions.

- Intuitive writing, a chance for you to self express and reflect on the past month. Practicing the importance of journalling and the the link between intention setting. Release all your feelings, thoughts and emotions from the past month, creating space for the month ahead. Also a chance for you to chat with me for guidance or ask any questions you like.

- Monthly gratitudes: learn how to raise your frequency by practicing gratitude.

- Closing Savasana relaxation and meditation. Choose an oracle card if you feel called to.

2 hours of pure joy, pure bliss and pure nourishment for your body + mind.

Time:

Please arrive at 1:50pm for a 2pm start, concluding at 4pm.

What to wear:

Dress comfortable and something you are able to move and flow in.

Please bring with you:

- Yoga Mat

- Journal to write in

- Pen/pens

- Water Bottle

- Cushion/blanket

- An Open Mind
