Creating Connections is about connecting deeper to yourself (your own mind, body and soul) through slow embodied movement (NOT a fitness class), gentle breathwork & energy transformation techniques. Releasing blocks so you are able to break-free from negative emotions and be who you are meant to be, a loving, joyful & deeply connected peaceful Being.

Bek Nicole - Your Facilitator: Hey there! For those of you who don't know me yet, my name is Bek, it's my passion & purpose to create more joy in other people's lives, because the more joy we feel the more fulfilled we become, the less we are stressed and therefore the world just starts to become a better place. I have been helping others transform their lives to be happier, clearer, more fulfilled, confident and free for over 7 years, using various modalities and techniques that I have been trained in such as qualified Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as certified Mindset Coach & Holistic Therapist.>

What to expect: First up a warm welcome from me!

Then a wonderful 1.5hr journey of gentle breathwork, flow movement & relaxation techniques to create connected and joyfully alive states of being.

> Please bring a yoga/exercise mat (small pillow if you tend to experience discomfort or ongoing pain in the body. You can bring a blanket if you like the extra comfort), we will be laying down for apprx half of the journey.

> The movement we will be doing is very gentle and can be modified to suit the individual (it is not a fitness class). Please wear comfortable that you would be able to move about easily in.

> Please bring a water bottle and avoid eating a heavy meal prior to the event (if you do eat breakfast aim for a light one) and ideally no caffeine on the day of the event.

> The event is located at the Fusion Hall on Ballinger Road. There is plenty of car parking onsite and toilets too. Walk out the back to the rear hall. This is a NO drug & alcohol event. Smoking is also not permitted at the event. Once we are connected deeper to our own peaceful inner Being, we can experience deeper more fulfilling connections with others too.DM me if you have any questions
