    Event description

Organisations including Pixar, Google, Alibaba and Microsoft encourage regular time and space for self and team reflection and learning.

With such reflection we have an opportunity to assess which habits and actions are supporting innovation and a healthy work culture, and which ones are detracting from it. We have learned that creating healthy cultures to do our best work requires space, practices, intention, a vision and a plan for people to explicitly nurture and talk about culture day to day.

This workshop is for both team leaders and individual contributors and will help you identify specific actions you can take to improve your individual, team and organizational culture.

The core tenets of the “Make Meaningful Work” approach are:

    • Recognizing reflection versus transactional modes at work
    • Allocating time for self and team reflection
    • Using real-world project stories to identify actions and attitudes that foster a healthy work culture
    • Creating a plan to ingrain those actions and attitudes in the organization
    • Recording the learnings in a journal that you can continue to use after the workshop
    • Measuring the impact of your new actions and attitudes
    • Creating a visual canvas of vision, values, drivers and practical outcomes that contribute to healthy cultures

This workshop also includes a 1 hour follow-up Zoom group call (at a date to be determined) to dive deeper into the practices that matter and to encourage the habits we wish to adopt to promote and sustain impact for individuals and teams.

This workshop will be interactive and leave you with practical tools you can use to create and sustain a meaningful and productive team environment.

We look forward to an energizing conversation.
