Creative Inclusive Services - for CHSP frontline staff and volunteers

This online workshop will explore what diversity and inclusion mean in practice, with reference to key principles from the Aged Care Rules 2025 and the Aged Care Diversity Framework. It will also focus on building professional relationships across differences and discuss practical approaches to working respectfully across areas such as identity, communication, and relationships.

This workshop supports workers and volunteers to build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to deliver inclusive, respectful, and person-centred inclusive services. 

Learning Outcomes:

• Identify the range of diversity in our community.

• Identify some of the areas to consider to create respectful, inclusive professional relationships.

• Develop strategies to create inclusive services through person-centred care.
