Creating Inner Peace and Presence

A Sound & Soul Awakening Ceremony

Sunday, October 18 | 2:30–5:00 PM
SW Portland, Oregon
Exact address provided after registration

Give yourself an afternoon to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to a deeper sense of inner peace and presence.

Sound & Soul Awakening is an intimate, immersive sound healing experience created by Aiyana and Tom to support deep rest, nervous system settling, embodied presence, and connection with yourself.

You’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and receive layers of live sound and vibration created with instruments such as didgeridoo, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, voice, and other healing sounds.

There is nothing you need to accomplish here.

This is a space to slow down.

To breathe.

To receive.

To notice what happens when you give your body and mind permission to soften.

When life feels fast, uncertain, or overwhelming, it is easy to become pulled outward by everything demanding our attention.

We may not be able to control what is happening around us, but we can practice returning to what is here now.

To the breath.
To the body.
To the present moment.
To the peace that can still be found within us.

Sound and vibration can help quiet mental noise, soften physical tension, and create conditions that support deeper rest and restoration.

And each time we practice coming back to presence, it becomes a little easier to find our way back again.

The peace we cultivate within ourselves also travels with us—into our relationships, our families, our work, and our communities.
