and maybe, because you are busy, you feel stressed and find it difficult to relax.

Are you looking to slow down, create space and time to think and reflect and just be?

Are you looking to connect with others in a beautiful outdoor location, to create art and relax and energise?

Join jane from Heart through art in a workshop using eco 'art' materials, to explore the idea of 'space', in your world.

('Space', is open to interpretation, and could mean the physical 'space' of your home, or the space in your life/day week.)

The invitation is to create art and see your 'space' from a new perspective, and try out any changes in the 'art', before actually implementing or commit to in reality.

You will come away with ways to create space in your life and feel more relaxed and inspired

We are using eco art materials, which can be recycled, composted, returned to the earth, I will also have paper and pens if needed

This is a small intimate group of 8.

No 'art making' experience is required, there is no right or wrong way to create art

We will meet on Kaurna land near Port Noarlunga beach, the location will be shared with the ticket purchase.

Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing for the beach, and hats /beanies, jacket

Depending on the weather on the day, and if I need to change the location, I will be in touch via email the day before the event.
