A chance to join together in Circle to connect and share our hearts. We have intended to have this event for some time now and leading into the holiday season felt right. A time that is typically filled with celebration & festivities, but for some can amplify loneliness, grief & sadness.

This is an intimate event led by our treasured friend Brieana Thompson. A bit about Brieana:

Brieana is a certified life coach & workplace wellbeing specialist. She has been working in the wellbeing space for 6 years, starting off by serving the masses in work environments, and evolving into 1:1 work. She is deeply passionate about creating safe environments for people to come as they are & feel seen and understood.

What you can expect from this event:

A safe space for you to acknowledge your heart and connect to yourself and others

We will be moving through some journaling prompts & meditation techniques so please bring a journal and a pen

If you wish, you are welcome to bring something for the centre of the Circle. This might be an object, a flower, a photo or anything that feels right for you.
