An Introduction to creating Thinking Environments

The founder of the Thinking Environment, Nancy Kline, observed: "The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first." It sounds obvious and yet, the reality of the pace and demands of our modern lives cultivates fear and competition, puts us in a state of fight or flight and compromises our ability to think well.

Creating a Thinking Environment helps to transform the way we work as individuals and in groups, to enable us to think with imagination, rigour and grace guaranteeing superb actions and results in less time! 

Lucky for the Illawarra we have three Thinking Environment practitioners, Tania, Simon and Maria ready to teach us some simple behaviours and practices.
