Food Innovation Australia estimates a $500 M opportunity in our agrifood sector.  Manufacturing & Processing will be a part of this. The Canberra Region has produced many small innovative food manufacturers, boutique processors & chocolate, wine, beer, and spirits producers.

This seminar will examine what Government and Industry can do to realize the opportunity, create more value for consumers, & help business while shoring up our local food security, well-being, & sustainability objectives.
