A guided, practical workshop series for organizations ready to build (or rebuild) an employee handbook that is clear, usable, and aligned with your organizational values.

Rather than a static policy document that gets written once and set aside, this series supports you in creating a living handbook, one that helps people navigate your organization with clarity.

Over 4 months, we’ll meet in 2-hour sessions, and with applied work between sessions that you will complete on your own, we will move step-by-step through the core components of a strong employee handbook. You’ll leave each session with real progress and tangible materials you can use immediately, building toward a completed, organization-ready handbook by the end of the series.
