Embodiment requires sharing private “face to face space” with me. While there are limited spaces to be in the room with me, feel free to join my zoom room.

For those of you who have not experienced somatic movement with me and are curious, you are in for a treat. Get to experience your body in a new way. Move for the purpose of feeling sensation and connect those sensations to emotions.

Creating your joy bubble is energy creation, ideation, autonomy and creative expression. Bring a water bottle, journal, crayons or colored pencils and a pen. Yes you read that correctly I said crayons. Your inner child will surface and you may feel “inarticulate” some participants report. What is stored in your body doesn’t always have words but does choose colors. The large crayons may also be easier.
