Creating Space for Self-Care

Your time is precious, and so is your well-being.  

Create some space and time to care for yourself.  Join us each week for a guided reflection or meditation.

Give yourself the gift of 30 mindful minutes.  Tune in, relax, and restore balance.

Who is this for?

If you are someone who cares for others, personally or professionally, Creating Space is especially for you.

All are welcome, including parents and informal carers, essential workers in the community, education, disability, ageing and health sectors. 

No experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed to Create Space for self-care. 


What can I expect?

Meet Barbara, and hear a short introduction, followed by guided reflection or meditation (themes may include relaxation, mindful body scan, self-compassion, and mindfulness of emotions).

 

 What do I need to join?

  • A quiet and comfortable space, free of interruptions if possible.
  • Yourself, just as you are.
  • Access to Zoom.
