Creative Accountability Sessions for women in business
Event description
Are you a woman in business living and/or working within the Fleurieu Peninsula as an artist, a teacher, a carer, a healer, or other service provider or consultant. Do you wish you had a support group who understand what you're you're challenges are and who you could regularly meet to checkin and refocus? Would the support of objective peers help quiet that inner critic from to taking over?
Come and join like-minded women each month for an evening of creativity, connect and conversation while clarifying your achievements, refocusing your goals and setting achievable actions. As peer mentors, we will support each other in our goals whether it be as an artist, small business or life challenges that occur along the way.
Each month we will meet and be nourished and supported, hosted by Annette Rohde of Fresh Ginger Creative at her space in her home at Aldinga Beach, the Curiosity Cafe. Each month you will receive a healthy goodness bowl or nourishing bowl of soup on arrival. Once settled, we will work on a creative project to settle our minds and focus on the present. Then we will look at what we have struggled with over the past month, what achievements we've made, what we have learnt before focussing on what our goals are for the next month. These will then be set out into achievable action goals with a mindset of prioritising, putting on hold or no longer needed. At the end of each session we will share our main goals for the month, what support we need and what we have to give.
The aim is to focus on our strengths, quiet that inner critic, and really see the possibilities in what we can achieve that will move us towards our vision. As a small group, we will provide support to each other to grow.
If this is something that you could use to help support you in your business and life, join us for the rest of 2021. You are also welcome to come on a casual basis.
