Integration is where the insight from a psychedelic experience becomes lived, embodied change, and creative practice is one of the clearest paths into that work. This session offers a hands-on introduction to expressive arts as a modality for psychedelic integration: multimodal, felt-sense led, and open to anyone regardless of prior art experience.

Drawing from Kylie Cooper's work as a nature-based expressive and creative arts facilitator, this session will examine:

• Arts-based practices for self-inquiry, meaning-making, and embodied reflection

• Working with felt-sense and image or object-making to access personal insight

• Accessible, skill-free processes grounded in curiosity and presence

• Multimodal approaches that engage both brain and body to strengthen integration support

This webinar is intended for PAT practitioners and integration practitioners; no art experience required.

Bring any portable art materials you have on hand. We recommend A4 paper or larger, and any type of art media, such as pens, markers, polymer clay, nature items, or small personal objects that can be arranged.

Kylie Cooper, Artist and writer; Breathwork Facilitator and Nature-based Expressive and Creative Arts Facilitator

Kylie Cooper is a self-taught mixed-media artist based on the Mornington Peninsula, Australia. Kylie originally trained as an organisational systems specialist and is now a Breathwork Facilitator and Nature-based Expressive and Creative Arts Facilitator. Aspects of her artwork draw on the unknowable and the unseen. Inspired by nature and ancient history, Kylie uses elements of spontaneity, contemplation, and ritual practice.

"I am always looking for new ways to see, this includes reflections of human and non-human experiences through non-verbal visual responses. Creating patterns of colour with soulful intention expresses that I am living in this present-sensing moment where pigment and the visible light spectrum reside. The art is alive as it is experienced by the viewer, and the hope is that they may see what I see."
