Meg Dunley is a passionate creativity coach and writer who believes in the transformative power of creative expression. With a deep love of reading and an infectious enthusiasm for encouraging others, Meg helps creatives discover their unique voice and find ways to let their talents shine.

Creating Safe Spaces for Growth

Known for her nurturing approach, Meg facilitates much-loved writing retreats and workshops that provide writers with a safe, supportive environment to explore their craft. Her participants consistently praise these gatherings as transformative spaces where they can write freely, share vulnerably, and work through creative challenges together. At the heart of Meg's work is her commitment to ensuring others feel secure enough to embrace a fuller, more creative life.

Play at the Heart of Everything

Meg's creative practice spans multiple mediums – from wordsmithing and visual arts to knitting, crochet, gardening, and improvisation. This diverse creative portfolio reflects one of her core values: keeping play at the center of everything she does. She's a firm believer that adults need play just as much as children, and this philosophy infuses all her coaching and workshops with joy and exploration.

Connected to Country and Nature

Nature serves as both sanctuary and inspiration for Meg. You'll often find her in her inner-city Melbourne garden, listening to birdsong and coaxing life from her small patch of urban earth. When she needs deeper restoration, she loads up her trusty old Landcruiser with camping gear and heads out to find places where red dirt meets endless sky – spaces where only birds and trees break the silence.

Based in Naarm (Melbourne), Meg shares her life with her husband and two of her three adult sons.
