Creative Bureaucrats - Gaming the System

Rebuilding public service and breaking down silos through community and creative play.

We have been told that the public service should “be bold” to unlock better public service and they have been through some intense forms of change in the last year. So, let’s lead from the grassroots and be bold!

Come and have some fun with fellow public servants (past, present and future tense welcomed) and strong public service champions and discover the radical common sense of a creative bureaucracy.

We want to amplify what's strong in our public service through our joint creativity, knowledge, and empathy. Through playful activities, brief talks and open spaces, this event will be a safe space to share some warmth and resilience with each other.

You can get involved, observe or break-out in calm spaces for conversations – this is a flexible and dynamic event that aims to help public servants lift their gaze, connect with others and be reminded of their unique role in a strong democracy.
