Part of the Creative Calm creative wellbeing series by Aqua Kre-Artz - a space for calm, connection, creativity and mindful moments.

Hi, I'm Laura from Aqua Kre-Artz and I'd love to welcome you to Creative Calm.

Arrive & Reset is the first session in a gentle 4-week creative wellbeing journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect and enjoy a little time just for you.

Creative Calm is a welcoming space to pause, breathe and explore creative self-expression without pressure.

It's not about artistic ability or creating something perfect - it's about enjoying the creative process, expressing yourself and discovering the joy that creativity can bring.

Through art, reflection and connection you'll be guided through a calming creative experience where you can:

• Step away from the busyness of everyday life
• Explore creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment
• Connect with yourself and others
• Create something meaningful simply by being present
