CREATIVE CIRCLE

The Creative Circle is an exploration of our multidimensional self . A remembrance of all the aspects of ourselves that make us who we are and make us unique and special. It is about opening up the creative mind and imagination and delving into aspects of ourselves that maybe forgotten . As we delve in deeper into the aspects of ourselves , archetypes , avatars , past lives , fantasy, we remember - When were we the most powerful ? When were we the most creative? When were we the most wise , loving , magical etc etc .

As we start to remember , we start to embody and embrace all these parts of ourselves and remember that it already exists insides of us.

The Creative circle will run for 6 weeks consecutively so we can support each other , connect , learn and grow together in a safe space .

In the first week I will support you in remembering with guided meditations, activations and the Akashic records.

The following weeks we will get creative ! You will be given boards to work from with your black & white portait already on them. This is the foundation from which you can create and bring your archetype to life ! I will provide various mediums for you to create with. From paint to collage - it’s limitless when you open your creative mind !

In the last few weeks we will celebrate , dress up ! Make up , face paint - whatever you decide and create -let’s embody it and have fun !

You do not have to be an artist or a creative - this is all about having fun , being playful and connecting to more joy! And most importantly remembering how amazing you are when you embody all the aspects of your unique self.

Week 1 - Thursday 5th November 7pm -9pm

REMEMBER - Its time to connect together in sacred circle as I guide you through a Visual Meditation that gets the imagination flowing and the creative ideas sparking. There will be activations and guidance through the Akashic Records that will be shared especially for the group. This will get us ready to explore different archetypes and aspects of ourselves that we would love to delve into and create. I will also give you examples and visual ideas to help expand the creative mind.

Week 2 - Thursday 12th November 7pm- 9pm

EXPAND - We meet again in circle to discuss how where feeling , what's come up for us over the week and how our ideas are forming around the archetypes we would love to explore. I will also support you with inspiration and bringing these aspects into fruition.You will be given your board to to create with . This wood canvas will have a black and white portrait of yourself and will be the foundation for which you can start to create and bring your archetype to life.I will have various mediums- paints , oil pastels , mixed mediums for collage for you to explore and have fun with.

Week 3 - Thursday 19th November 7pm- 9pm

EMBODY - We meet in a supportive circle to start the evening with a check in and to see what's coming up for everyone . Its interesting to check in and see what has been coming through in dream time and in our everyday life that may be influencing and supporting the aspects of ourself that we are discovering and starting to wake up to. How can we embrace those parts of ourselves that we we may have forgotten and start to embody them. Then we continue to create ! We continue our portraits and continue to embody our unique selves.

Week 4 - Thursday 26th November 7pm- 9pm

IMMERSE - We start by connecting and sharing from the heart creating a safe space to explore our creativity. Continuing to create immersed in your artwork & bringing your portrait to life, There is no rush - to be in the moment , to be immersed and to create from that zen space , from the heart is more important. Everyone will be given a wooden board to create from with their black and white portraits on them and they will create an art work to take home with them.

Week 5 - Thursday 3rd December 7pm - 9pm

UNIFY - We start the evening off in sacred circle discussing the process and what is coming up for us to explore within ourselves and the artwork we are creating. We finish off our portraits and we choose one archetype that we would like to dress up as and bring to life in the last week which is our celebration week. Its like we are unifying all the parts of ourselves together to love and embrace and bring into wholeness.I will help support you with any creative ideas for costume and make up or whatever you choose to explore.

Week 6 - Friday 11th December 7pm - 9pm - Celebration Night!

CELEBRATE - Our last week together we start in circle and share what we have learnt from this experience . We will share some cacao together to connect to our hearts and to each other. We then dress up and have fun , I can help you with any facepaint , make up or costume creations and we get into character ! Lets celebrate and have dance , enjoy some photos and most importantly the remembrance of our multidimensional ,unique self .
