Who we are:
Ingrid Redia is a psychopedagogue and art therapy student. I have been doing traditional therapy’s for many years and always felt that something was missing. A couple of years ago, I discovered art therapy and began to engage in other forms of expression that allowed me to channel my feelings and find much more authenticity within myself. The ways of expression are infinite.
Art therapy encourage creative expression. is a way to find connection beyond words. Through art, dance, modeling, voice, collage, performance, and writing, it invites us to awaken the innate creativity that lives within each of us. It offers a safe environment with empathy and respect, focusing on supporting the unfolding of all human potential.
-
Ceri Blythe is a trained somatic yoga and dance facilitator of 9+ years, holding space for hundreds of people to arrive into their bodies and hearts through movement medicine.
With my growing love and passion for movement, and the desire to hold deeper and safer healing environments/classes, I decided to embark on further study to become a dance movement therapist. This is allowing me to see how powerful this work is for gentle self expression, healing and re-connection to self. https://soularliving.com/
