Creative Connections

Join us for Creative Connections, a guided therapeutic art-making session designed to foster creativity, self-expression, and emotional well-being. This debut public event will take place on Sunday, 7th July, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Nest Creative Space, located at 31 Ferry Road, West End.

In this inclusive and nonjudgmental environment, individuals from all backgrounds are welcome to collectively explore the therapeutic benefits and transformative power of art. The focus of the session will be on the process of creating art, rather than the final product, providing a space for genuine expression and personal growth.

Led by Taneal, a Provisional Clinical Art Therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse, the session will offer an intentional directive to guide participants through their creative journey. All materials are provided, ensuring that you have everything you need to immerse yourself in the experience.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or a creative beginner, Creative Connections invites you to connect, create, and heal.
