Explore the language of your inner creative child, with guided activities and exercises in Mixed Media (from toilet rolls for patterns, to paint and chalk, paper and textile play).
Be inspired by miscellaneous or mundane objects, and explore how movement and sound may have a visual language.

These sessions are unique and best understood by experiencing them. The opportunity to play and 'create for creativity's sake' (rather than achieving a set 'artwork/outcome') is a relatively new concept, but enjoyable through surrender.

Designed by Expressive Arts Therapist Nina Mitens, the activities guide you through an opening of creative language and ask your inner critic to take a good break.

Free parking on-site (enter the black gates & find UNIT 34 on the left-hand side of the complex), please arrive 15mins prior.

Fresh infused water (we prefer to encourage sober exploration of self, but you are welcome to bring something if you feel drawn)
Good Tunes & fun
Aprons, tables/chairs etc.

BYO:

wear clothing that is comfortable to move & sit in, although aprons are available, some activities may present mess or the transfer of paint/materials to clothing.
snacks or other beverages, (if you desire)
a good attitude
and some friends
MUG or cup for hygiene purposes or a reusable water bottle.
