We go to beautiful places in nature - forests, and beaches, to engage with nature as fun, playful therapy. Sessions last for 2.5-3 hours including a cup of tea and nibbles at the end when you can talk about what you discovered about yourself and all the fun you have had with new friends.

When was the last time you had fun and played? As children, we played in nature a lot. Nature played back! But as adults, caught up in the modern world, we often forget to have fun. This experience will bring out your inner child, allow you to be lighthearted, joyfully creative, and de-stress. Our bodies and hearts remember those childhood connections. The natural world around us, scientifically connected to our senses, does the rest while we enjoy ourselves. You will leave feeling lighter and more relaxed, and more at peace.
