"Think of this as a relaxed sip-and-create experience – like a sip and paint, but with clay!

With this workshop you get to chose to make make either a bowl, a mug , a vase or a planter. also get to colour them with coloured slip and decorate them with stamps and other texture tools. The minimum number required at Arana Hills is 6 people.

Join us for a creative and relaxing pottery workshop in Arana Hills where you'll learn to make your very own ceramic piece from scratch! Using a pinch pot technique, you'll have the opportunity to shape, texture, and add coloured slip to your piece making each piece unique to you.

Shontal will guide you through the entire process, including different ways to create handles. This workshop is perfect for beginners—no prior experience is needed! It’s a fun and therapeutic way to unwind, get creative, and express your style. All materials are provided, including firing and glazing. Once your pieces have been bisque-fired, Shontal will personally glaze them for you.

Please note the drying, firing and glazing can take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Your pieces will need to be fired twice. Bisque firing and glaze firing. Come enjoy the fun of pottery in a beautiful location!

Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (morning only)

Sunday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 pm

Important: Please message me at least one hour before arriving at my home studio My schedule may change, so it's best to check in before coming.

Pick-Up Deadline :- Due to limited studio space, all pieces must be collected within 3 weeks from the time you receive this notification. Unfortunately, I can’t store items beyond that. Other Options If you can’t come during the above times, you can: Try again the following week, Send a friend or family member to collect on your behalf or Request postage (fees start at $10–$30+, depending on size and number of items)I’m a one-person studio and appreciate your help in keeping this process smooth and respectful. Please note: In the unlikely event that we don't reach the minimum number of 6 people, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
