You don’t need to consider yourself an artist, and you don’t need to be an experienced journaler. This space is about the process rather than creating something “perfect”.

Through a combination of creative exercises, guided reflection and art-based journaling, Gabriela will invite you to explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences and imagination in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Who is it for?

This workshop is open to anyone who would like to explore creativity as a tool for reflection and wellbeing.

No previous art or journaling experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

About Gabriela

Gabriela Krinner is an Art Therapist who brings together creativity, reflection and therapeutic approaches to support emotional wellbeing and self-expression.

Through her practice, Gabriela creates spaces where people can explore their experiences creatively, without the pressure of finding the “right” words.

About CREA

CREA is a Perth-based cultural and community organisation creating spaces for creativity, wellbeing, connection and belonging. Through art, culture and community activities, CREA encourages people to pause, connect and create meaningful experiences together.

Come with an open mind, leave some space in your journal, and give yourself permission to create without judgement.

Bring: A journal/notebook and your favourite pen or pencils if you have them. Some creative materials will also be provided.
