Join Kim and a small group (up to 6) online for a cosy, relaxing, explorative session. 💚

We'll begin with a journey meditation where you are invited to traverse your inner world to connect with yourself, your body and gain awareness and insight. You will be guided to use your senses to explore an aspect of your self, life or inner world. Each person will experience the meditation in a way that is unique to them, there is no right or wrong way. ✨

Afterwards you will have the opportunity to express through art what is within and what has come from the meditation. In this, it is the process that is important, not the product. You need not have any art experience nor fancy supplies - a pen and paper is just fine. A list of other options for art supplies you might like to collect will be emailed you after booking. 💫

We complete the process with an opportunity to share within the group what you have expressed and experienced.

All parts of the session are voluntary. 💚
