Creative Kid Fit is a fitness class for pre-school aged kids (3yrs-5yrs) that utilises play, imagination, themes, props, equipment, games and FUN to get them moving! Bridging between the world of dance and traditional sports, this is a safe and encouraging space for kids of all abilities to come together with their big energy and big imaginations, to move their bodies!

Indiana from All Folk Fitness is local to the Newlands area! Along with CKF, Indiana facilitates numerous classes across the northern suburbs, as well as coaching clients with Personal Training. Indiana has a passion for fitness and helping people find the 'fit that fits' for them!
