Creative Paint Workshop: Paint, Meditation and Subconscious Revelation

Let us take you on a journey of mini guided meditations accompanied with painting and music to help you uncover what messages your subconscious and higher self are wishing to communicate. Picture relaxation, combined with creativity, combined with inner child play, combined with mind blowing revelations.  

Our subconscious mind is a powerful force that is always awake recording information, even when we are sleeping. Experts believe it makes up around 95% of our brain power and is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind.

Wouldn't it be nice to know what our subconscious is wanting to reveal to us? That's what this fun experience is all about.

(Please arrive 10-15min early so that we can start on time)

Included: Paint, canvas, easels, brushes, music, guided meditation, expert painting advice and subconscious release and understanding. Will also be supplying water cups, paper towels, plates to use as palettes and have aprons available.

Tracy is a local San Diego artist and sought after instructor who creates and holds a safe space for all students. Creating is not about the outcome, but about letting our soul and inner child out to be fully expressed. As Brene Brown would say, "Vulnerability is bravery." In recent years Tracy has started to help people uncover what their subconscious is longing to express through the art of painting.
