Engage in a step by step creative and personal development process that is backed as a winner by a sleuth of previous participants to help get you where you want to go! Gentle guided relaxation and wind down to close the day. Zero pressure, maximum inspiration!

Contribution: $65 including all materials, tea & snacks.

Whilst this is an inclusive space for sharing experiences, please be aware this is not a therapeutic group session, if you feel you require a more supported space to work through any mental health challenges, I offer one on one sessions that can be rebated through Medicare or I will be happy to recommend an appropriate support.
