Artist Linda Hall is offering a place to play with colour - soft chalk pastels can smudge, shade, blur and blend... 3 colours can shine, leap out and retreat or dance a rainbow. Coloured pencils can dance on tippy-toes in and out of the pastel clouds. It's that simple!
