Month three of Creative Repair Kit. Deep winter, deep hardship — the moment human skills like compassion, resilience, and collaborative resourcefulness matter most, and the moment they're hardest to hold onto.
In groups of 3, working from real local cost-of-living data, you'll design a warmth-and-shelter prototype from an everyday object.
No one is ever asked to disclose their own experience of poverty to take part — this is a design exercise in collective care, not a disclosure space.
What you'll do: recap → local context briefing → build → live pitch.
What to bring: nothing — materials provided.
